We create and communicate insight into complex problems from many years' experience using the perspectives of human factors, organisational research, resilience engineering and cybernetics.

We use these insights to investigate and resolve the relationships between issues such as communication, teamwork, workload, risk, situation awareness, error, motivation, stress, training, leadership and management – within real operational settings.
